The success of this quality policy is influenced by the action of all employees, who are ultimately responsible for the quality of their own work, in whatever capacity engaged. We believe that the continuous improvement of quality, in all jobs, is fundamental in maintaining customer satisfaction, our competitive position paving our way to success. This is best accomplished through trained and motivated personnel necessary to perform all the activities to achieve the objectives of quality policy.
